approval be granted to enter into a contract with the Royal National Lifeboat
Institution as the Beach Lifesaving service for Aberavon Seafront for a period
of three years commencing on the 1 April 2018 as detailed in the circulated
report.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure that the Council continues to provide a professional beach lifesaving
service on Aberavon Beach.
Implementation of Decision:
That
the decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
